Overview
As Global Project Manager / Product Manager at ABB, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products that create value for customers and the business. You will bridge technology, business, and customer needs while leading cross‑functional, global initiatives. You’ll be accountable for product-market fit, competitive positioning, and measurable business outcomes across revenue, adoption, and market impact. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and communicate vision, strategy, and a market-aligned roadmap
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
- Create PRDs and use cases guiding engineering and design
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing for development and launch
- Establish and monitor success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and gather feedback
- Own go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, sales enablement, launch planning
- Manage product backlog, prioritization, and release planning with engineering
- Prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback for product improvements
- Oversee product lifecycle from conception to sunset
- Analyze sales pipelines and competitive positioning to optimize messaging
- Identify partnerships, API integrations, and ecosystem opportunities
- Drive user adoption and customer success initiatives; build product communities
- Communicate vision to executives, customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends and anticipate market shifts
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in product management within software, SaaS, or technology
- Proven track record of successful product launches and achieving business metrics
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C technology products
- Experience with AI/ML products or analytics platforms preferred
- Strong data-driven product management and experimentation background
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and customer success management
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations domain is a strong plus
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
