Overview
In this role you will administer the global Internal Audit Methodology and lead the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program. You will ensure governance processes run efficiently and drive continuous improvement across the audit function. You’ll roll out new methodologies, train global teams, and monitor remediation to uphold high-quality audits. This position offers a chance to shape a cohesive, globally-aligned audit community and impact governance on a world scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Administer and maintain the global Internal Audit Methodology, including version control and communications
- Maintain Internal Audit Navigator with guidance and documentation
- Execute internal quality reviews and monitor adherence to methodology
- Maintain a central remediation repository and track closure of findings
- Lead methodology rollouts and deployment across the global team
- Provide training on methodologies and best practices
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 8+ years in internal audit, process management, or operational excellence
- CIA, CISA or equivalent certification is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of IIA Standards
- Experience with audit management software and data visualization tools (Power BI)
