Overview
In this role you lead the operational execution of medium-size customer projects in the Medium Voltage Switchgear area. You act as the central coordination point across factories, engineering, production and logistics to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with quality and cost discipline. You will drive planning, monitoring, and issue resolution, while managing risks, changes and close-out activities. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end project execution from handover to close-out, coordinating with factory-based PMs, engineering, production and logistics
- Drive detailed planning, progress tracking, expediting and interface management to ensure delivery reliability
- Manage project financials, risks, changes and claims with early deviation identification and corrective actions
- Lead project close-out activities including customer acceptance, documentation, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; HF qualification considered
- Several years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating industrial customer projects, ideally in MV switchgear or complex engineered products
- Solid experience applying project management methodologies (IPMA, PMP or equivalent)
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams and SAP
- Ability to work with international factories and cross-functional teams, strong interface management, expediting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of contracts, change management and claims handling; able to address deviations with stakeholders
- Fluent German and English (C1 in both)
