to maximize the value of existing licensing agreements and support long‑term portfolio expansion across global EPD markets. /li liEstablish robust governance frameworks with partners, including proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial collaborations. /li /ul h3Business Development Licensing /h3 ul liProvide leadership in alliance management, business development, and partnership strategy to support the growth objectives of the EPD Global Biologics portfolio. /li liSupport the execution of the Global Biologics strategy by identifying, evaluating, and engaging high‑quality developers and partners, and by negotiating and executing licensing agreements in collaboration with License Acquisitions (LA) and other key stakeholders. /li liIdentify unmet business needs and portfolio gaps that can be addressed through strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, acquisitions, or other external collaborations. /li liLead and support partner evaluations, due diligence activities, business case development, and internal approval processes for licensing‑in opportunities. /li liIdentify and execute new business development opportunities by coordinating cross‑functional requirements, business case submissions, governance approvals, and contract negotiations. /li /ul h3Portfolio Growth Commercial Execution /h3 ul liDrive the expansion of the Global Biologics portfolio by securing partnerships that strengthen the pipeline and support EPD's long‑term Biologics growth strategy. /li liDevelop and maintain strategic sourcing partnerships across Europe, India, Asia, Latin America, and other key regions to ensure sustainable access to Biologics and Biosimilars. /li liDefine and implement annual business plans with strategic partners to support country and regional growth objectives, product launches, and portfolio optimization. /li liCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all licensing, supply, commercialization, and development agreements. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Leadership Governance /h3 ul liLead coordination across global, regional, and local functions to ensure alignment on partnership priorities, contractual commitments, and business objectives. /li liDrive continuous improvement and optimization of partnership agreements by identifying opportunities for enhanced commercial value, operational efficiency, and strategic collaboration. /li liPartner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Legal, and Market Access teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance objectives. /li liEnsure internal stakeholders remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of each partnership, and sustainable business terms while maximizing partnership value. /li liMonitor alliance performance against contractual obligations, financial targets, and strategic objectives, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues. /li liEnsure successful end‑to‑end execution of partnership agreements through structured relationship management and performance tracking. /li liMaintain liProvide regular updates to senior leadership on alliance performance, business development opportunities, pipeline progress, strategic risks, and key partnership initiatives. /li liDevelop executive‑level recommendations and action plans to support decision‑making and maximize the value of strategic partnerships. /li liEnsure transparent communication and stakeholder engagement throughout all stages of business development, licensing, and alliance management activities. /li /ul h3Launch Execution Support /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Global NPI Launch / Brand teams and Portfolio team to ensure organizational readiness and smooth execution of licensing and commercialization agreements. /li liSupport the resolution of operational, commercial, and strategic challenges that may arise during the implementation and lifecycle management of partnerships. /li /ul h3Supervisory/Management Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe position is directly responsible for the Global Alliance Manager Biosimilars /li liThe position also supports different functions within EPD and the partner to ensure the strategic and tactical activities are accomplished.
