You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives and support informed business decision-making. /p h3Core Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial planning cycles, including Latest Best Estimate (LBE) activities for cash flow. /li liPrepare, consolidate, and comment cash flow reports for internal and corporate stakeholders. /li liAssist in developing and enhancing tools, processes, and policies to improve cash flow visibility and performance. /li liOrganize financial data into meaningful and accessible reporting formats and perform analyses using key metrics. /li liPartner with Global Planning teams and manufacturing sites to support sustainable inventory reduction initiatives. /li liSupport entity-level inventory financial management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. /li liPerform stock-at-risk analysis to support reserve calculations and reduce distressed inventory exposure. /li liCoordinate division-level reporting and analytics related to distressed inventory reduction programs. /li liSupport financial planning and reporting for Freight Distribution costs. /li liPrepare and analyze periodic deliverables including LBE decks, SOP reviews, and business performance reports. /li liProvide timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to support decision-making. /li liApply sound financial logic to solve problems and recommend improvements. /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liMaster's degree and/or CPA/CFA certification is considered an advantage. /li li2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA). /li liExperience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Finance, or Operations Finance is preferred. /li liExperience developing business cases and performing cost-benefit analyses is an asset. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with Power BI. /li liWorking knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP. /li liSolid understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting principles. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures. /li liProactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus. /li liDemonstrated cultural agility and emotional intelligence. /li /ul h3Working at Abbott /h3 pAt Abbott, you can do work that matters and help people to live a healthier and full life, grow your career, and learn, be your true self.
