As Finance Systems Analyst, you will ensure data integrity, master data governance, user access compliance, and system readiness for financial planning and reporting processes. Acting as a key liaison between Finance and IT stakeholders, you will support efficient operations through system expertise, analytics, training, and process optimization. /ppbJob Responsibilities Scope /b /pulliAdminister and support Finance planning and reporting systems, with a primary focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related financial applications. /liliSupport month-end close activities through data validation, reconciliations, and system tie-outs using Excel and reporting tools. /liliMaintain Finance master data and organizational hierarchies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. /liliPrepare systems, master data, and reporting structures for planning cycles. /liliInvestigate, coordinate, and resolve user and business support tickets, partnering with IT teams on enhancements and issue resolution. /liliDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making. /liliManage user access lifecycle activities, including user creation, modification, termination, and periodic access recertification. /liliCreate and maintain training materials, user guides, and deliver system training to support user adoption and process consistency. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and process optimization. /liliActs as divisional subject matter expert for Financial Systems, with a focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Finance master data, and related planning and reporting processes. /liliEnsures system reliability, high-quality data, and compliance with user access controls and governance standards. /liliSupports Finance planning, reporting, and close processes through effective system administration and governance. /liliCollaborates with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across a global organization. /liliOperates independently within defined processes while proactively identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliAdvanced degree or professional certification would be considered an asset. /lili2-5 years of experience in Finance Systems, FPA, Financial Reporting, Business Analytics, or a related area. /liliExperience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or comparable planning and reporting platforms. /liliStrong Excel skills including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. /liliExperience with master data management and user access administration is preferred. /liliExperience working in a global or matrix environment would be an asset. /liliStrong systems aptitude and technology affinity. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliHigh attention to detail and commitment to data quality. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities through strong planning and organizational skills. /liliAbility to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. /liliExcellent Excel knowledge and strong numerical reasoning. /liliResults-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach. /liliExcellent command of English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset. /liliWillingness to work in a highly collaborative international environment. /li /ulpbWorking at Abbott /b /ppAt Abbott, you can do work that matters and help people to live a healthier and full life, grow your career, and learn, be your true self.
