Financial Analyst (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main

Overview

In this role you will provide financial analysis and support to international commercial and controlling teams from our Wiesbaden HQ. You will help drive accurate reporting, budgeting, and KPI-based decision support for 57 markets and a multi-million SG&A spend. You will collaborate with regional finance teams and senior management to improve processes and financial systems. This is a chance to shape international financial planning and performance in a global healthcare business.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead SG&A consolidation and analysis for international regions (via Dodeca and Excel)
• Support Strategic Planning with KPI summaries for LBE packages
• Forecast clinical trial sales with weekly updates and LBE cycles
• Enhance financial processes by streamlining LBE/MEC/Deliverables and improving systems and reporting

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor in Finance
• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA membership
• 1–3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Understanding of divisional financial processes
• Experience with multi-dimensional reporting systems (TM/1, Dodeca), SAP, HFM, and Excel
• Fluent in English; second language a plus
• Cross-cultural/international experience and willingness to international mobility
