The Opportunity
This position works out of the Region: Northern Germany and Denmark - Abbott GmbH.
Your Tasks:
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications
- Responsible for customer experience during the installation phase of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications
- In cooperation with the customer, installing the applications, configure the different modules and provide training before go live
- Leading the customer through a well prepared go-live experience
- This role is not only field based but even strategical for the customer experience post go live. It will be the candidate’s responsibility to be periodically in the remote support team and make the customer feel the Abbott’s attitude in complex situations
- Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also have excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines
- 1~3 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
- Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories
- Hands on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirable
- Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheet Key Competencies & Desirable skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish, German, and English, as well as excellent customer-facing capabilities
