Overview
In this role you deliver end-to-end deployment and ongoing support for AlinIQ Digital Health applications in Northern Germany and Denmark. You will guide installations, configurations, and training, shaping go-live experiences and post-go-live support with a strong customer focus. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption, solve complex issues, and demonstrate Abbott’s client-first approach in a fast-growing diagnostics context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- End-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications
- Manage customer experience during installation and go-live
- Install configurations and provide train-the-trainer style onboarding with the customer
- Lead customers through a well-prepared go-live experience
- Maintain a strategic focus on post-go-live customer experience and remote support
- Demonstrate strong communication and client-facing skills in complex situations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines
- 1–3 years of experience with installing, configuring and/or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
- Solid understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies
- Experience with one or more LIS, middleware, analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting laboratory information systems
- Technical proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish, German, and English
