In this role you will lead the Abbott Molecular region, shaping and executing the business strategy to hit revenue and profitability goals. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive market access and commercial excellence, and continuously raise team performance through coaching. The position connects internal functions with external stakeholders, including customers and reimbursement bodies, to sustain growth. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own full revenue responsibility including forecasting and target attainment
- Directly lead Sales and Commercial Operations teams
- Coordinate country operations with internal and external partners
- Drive regional and country strategies and market access tactics
- Execute the sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Represent Abbott Molecular to executives, KOLs, associations, and reimbursement stakeholders
- Develop succession plans and coach staff for current and future roles
- Ensure KPIs for Sales, Service, and Operational Excellence are achieved and improved
- Define long-term regional strategy and balance long-range planning with short-term needs
- Identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed
- Acquire, inspire, and retain top talent to build a high-performance organization
- Coach, develop and manage sales managers through a sales force automation system with KPI establishment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Biomedical or related field
- Experience as a people manager in a similar role
- Proven sales track record and commercial operational management in Healthcare (IVD/Diagnostics, Molecular or related markets)
