The Opportunity

This position works out of our Wiesbaden location in the Abbott GmbH. We’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision-making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

Your Tasks

• Facilitate and advance monthly IBP cadence, check the data quality and find the risk and opportunities
• Drive Demand Plan forecasting to ensure accuracy for planning and finance forecasting
• Provide analytics and insights that drive commercial teams to improve or maximize execution and results
• Follow up value creation activities with commercial Excellence and Customer Experience Managers, collect, report and champion the advancements monthly
• Lead execution of Gross Margin improvement activities
• Subject matter expert for sales excellence tools and processes relative to data management and associated KPIs
• Success in this role is measured by turning data to actionable insights and negotiate with customers to enable success probability of the customer experience team

Your Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in performance management
• Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to speak and write in German and English Fluently
• Team oriented, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem solving
• Experience/ track of record in an analytical and/or project management role, working with data to identify trends
