Cascade and communicate business results through high quality reports, variance analysis and commentaries to management, Region South, Europe Area and Global. /li /ul /lilibAffiliate expense management – Actuals and forecast /bulliBudget supervision - Monitoring and control of all departments for total affiliate. /liliSupport expense forecasting and upload of data into financial systems. /liliPrepares ad-hoc journal entries to ensure accuracy in expense reporting. /liliPrepares and maintains monthly reports and/or dashboards to support delivery of real time data on expense spending by department, IOs, GL accounts and at activity level for total affiliate. /liliProvide expense analysis to ensure accurate expense forecasting and landing. /liliPrepares commentaries for variances vs benchmarks. /liliPrepares and support affiliate Product PL preparation. /liliPerforms ad-hoc analysis to understand spend trends. /li /ul /lilibOthers /bulliPrepares reporting deliverables for monthly SOP and any ad-hoc meetings requiring financials. /liliSupports ad-hoc dashboards and reports maintenance to deliver real time data. /liliSupports business case preparations. /liliPrepares and supports internal controls compliance. /liliActively identify trends, challenging forecasts, validate and monitor assumptions for each brand. /liliPerforms ad hoc analysis and forecasts for internal management team and external customers to support business initiatives and decisions. /liliInnovate and lead improvement projects related to financial reporting, financial systems, and processes. /liliParticipate, lead and manage projects cascaded from Europe Area or Global. /li /ul /liliUndergraduate Degree in a Finance related field, either Finance/Accounting. /liliMinimum prior experience of 3 years in FPA and/or Commercial Finance within the Pharma/Medical Device industry. /liliExperience in working within a matrix, MNC environment. /liliExcellent Excel (inclusive of Macros), PowerPoint and being conversant with various systems Microsoft applications and SAP. /liliExperience with SAP, SAP BPC planning tool and Power BI is essential. /liliExperience with RPA and AI is a plus. /liliAbility to speak English proficiently. /li /ulpCritical skills required for the role: /pulliA strong self-starter with excellent work ethics, communication/interpersonal skills and has ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all organization levels.
