Purpose:

The Archive Records Analyst provides leadership for high-priority, complex initiatives supporting the records managementelectronic archivingprogram. This department archives records from across the company, including business andGxPregulated records such as Pre-Clinical, Clinical,Regulatoryand Safety.

This position is akey member of theElectronic Records ArchivingCenter of Practice, with responsibility for supporting the global deployment of therecords lifecycle governanceand applications. This position reports to the AbbVie Archive Senior Manager/Manager.

Responsibilities

Assumes a leadership role in drivingrecordsmanagement enterprise governance

Contributes to program performance including implementation of activities per the records strategy

Key interface with global records management teams

Monitor and report on global deployment project plans / deliverables asrequiredfor management

Provide program status updates asrequiredagainst milestones to management and businessstakeholders

Ability to work with archiving IT system(s) and team(s)

Can create and effectively deliver communication plans and communications that are:

Clear and concise

Targeted for a country,regionor global audience

Must have excellent partnering skills tofacilitateprojects within and across organizations

Accountable for providing input and managing within budgetary requirements

Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education:

Associate,Bachelor'sdegreeor equivalent with 5 years minimum related

experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 7 years related experience ;

Related certifications a plus

5+ years related experience in a regulated industry such as, pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, regulatoryaffairsor quality

5+ years of experience in records management and/or working in an archive

Knowledge and hands on experience with a Document and/or Records Management System

Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment

Robust communication skills, both oral and written

Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Experience:

Experience with global teams and/or deployments

Experience workingwith IT systems
