Key Lead Overview
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule & Availability
Schedule will vary weekly but you should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes hours may increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / GED (preferred)
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred
- Supervisor / Managerial Experience: Not required
- Language: CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required
