The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results through business analysis and providing excellent customer service. Key duties include overseeing daily store operations, managing opening and closing routines, and enhancing store efficiency. They leverage creativity via floorset updates, styling advice, and product knowledge. Additionally, they lead talent development, including recruiting, training, engagement, and growth, fostering an inclusive environment for staff and customers. What You\’ll Do

• Manage Store Presentation and Sales Floor

What It Takes

• Bachelor\’s Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & German
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Awareness of Inclusion & Diversity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Results-driven attitude
• Interest and knowledge in fashion
