Role Overview
The Assistant Manager plays a dynamic role, focusing on increasing sales, enhancing customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a team. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, updating collections, giving styling tips, recruiting, and developing staff. This role offers growth opportunities into future leadership positions.

Qualifications
- University degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Fluent in English and German (CEFR B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Interest and knowledge in fashion
