Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Officer to join our client team. Based in Luxembourg, this PSF specializes in the management of AIF, including SOPARFI and holding structures. The company provides a broad range of services including corporate, domiciliation, accounting, fund-related services, and tax compliance.
Responsibilities
- As a Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for the full corporate lifecycle of Luxembourg entities, including incorporations, liquidations and restructurings.
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and organizing board meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on corporate matters, and with external professionals such as notaries or banks.
Profile and Career Path
- At least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer in a service provider in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a strong asset.
- Familiar with AIF with which you have already worked.
- Eager to work in a healthy environment with opportunities to expand your portfolio of clients and build strong professional relationships with colleagues.
