For this international and multicultural law firm, present in several European countries, we are currently recruiting a Mid-Level Associate in Corporate Law.

Practice Areas

The firm’s expertise ranges from Banking & Finance to Corporate Law / M&A, Public Law, Litigation, and Investment Funds. You will be part of a firm capable of assisting clients on all legal matters and developing a loyal client base. You will also work daily with lawyers possessing diverse and excellent expertise.

Team and Environment

With a team of around 30 people in Luxembourg, including fewer than 10 in the Corporate team, you will enjoy a human-sized, multicultural environment with colleagues at all levels of experience, each with their own goals.

Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized, quality-oriented advice on corporate transactions such as financing, refinancing, venture capital, mergers, and acquisitions.
2. Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and contracts, proactively assisting clients with follow-up and inquiries.
3. Stay updated on developments in corporate law to maintain high standards of service.
4. As a Senior Associate, supervise and mentor junior associates.

Profile and Career Path

1. 3 to 6 years of experience as an Associate in Corporate Law at a Luxembourg law firm.
2. Fluent in English and French.
3. Master\’s degree in Law and CCDL qualification.
4. Interest in acquiring new skills in corporate law and Luxembourg regulations.
5. Enjoy coaching or mentoring others.
6. Stable career path with a long-term commitment to the firm.
