Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Finance Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Fully on site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Language: Mandarin, English and German
Salary: up to 70K + bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payments, and expense management
- Coordinate VAT, corporate tax, statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Support ERP implementation, process optimisation, and finance system development
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR teams to provide financial insight and business support
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls and governance procedures
- Provide financial analysis to support commercial decision-making and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, reporting, or audit
- Strong knowledge of German accounting standards, statutory reporting, VAT, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Experience with SAP/S4HANA or other ERP systems
- Previous experience within automotive, manufacturing, commercial vehicle, leasing, logistics, or similar industries would be highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Chinese language capability would be an advantage
