Overview
In this Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer role, you own the end-to-end delivery path from approved code to production, driving speed, safety and repeatability. You’ll shape a self-service platform that enables product teams to ship confidently, with a strong focus on reliability metrics and automation. You’ll help evolve the delivery pipeline to accommodate AI-assisted coding and iterate on what works in production. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a small, senior team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own release process & throughput across CI/CD (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) with automated rollbacks and DORA reporting
- Manage Infrastructure as Code: AWS with Terraform (monorepo, multi-account, Terraform Cloud, ECS/EKS)
- Enhance stability and observability: establecer alerting, SLOs, on-call rotation, incident leadership
- Ensure security, compliance & FinOps: PCI DSS/C5 awareness, automate CVE/dependency management, cost visibility
- Build internal developer tooling and reproducible environments to enable safe self-service for product teams
- Evolve delivery for agentic engineering: design and grow AI-assisted, automated verification in the pipeline
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven track record transforming slow release processes into fast, automated pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) guided by DORA metrics
- Hands-on AWS & Terraform experience at scale (multi-account, monorepo, Terraform Cloud, ECS/EKS) with ability to write custom tooling and read/debug code in at least one language
- Production operations ownership: observability (metrics, traces, logs), SLOs, incident response
- Autonomous delivery: ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborative mindset: clear communication to align across DevOps, QA, and product teams in distributed setups
