Business Development Manager -Trade & Cash Solutions (m/f/d)

- Drive origination and growth of Trade Finance and Cash Management revenues
- Structure and deliver integrated trade, payments, and liquidity solutions
- Develop and manage senior client relationships and strategic opportunities
- Act as interface between clients, Coverage, Product, and Operations
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in Global Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, and/or Cash Management
- Strong, proven business development and origination track record
- Deep understanding of corporate transaction flows and working capital
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- High stress tolerance and excellent organization skills
- Strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written IT skills: MS 365, Excel, PowerPoint, AI
