Your tasks
Governance Support: Provide expert advice on internal processes, enhancing the team\’s capabilities to efficiently focus on growth initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between various departments such as IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Data Governance: Oversee data governance within the Transaction Banking domain to enhance strategic decision-making capabilities. Ensure compliance with data management standards and drive initiatives to improve data quality, categorization, and visualization.
Product Management: Supporting managing the lifecycle of product processing and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with corporate strategy.
Business Development: Support the development and execution of new Transaction Banking products and processes, conducting feasibility studies for improvements.
Partnership Coordination: Work with internal and external service providers to ensure effective solution implementation and maintenance.
Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in product and service delivery.

Your profile
Candidate Requirements:
Education: University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Corporate Banking or similar roles within international financial institutions.
Knowledge: Understanding of corporate banking environment and transaction banking products. Proven track record in business management and strategy implementation with a high attention to detail.
Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, experience in managing complex work streams, corresponding stakeholder management and regulatory reporting.
Communication: Strong skills in interacting with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships within the bank.
Language: Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written.
International Exposure: Experience in international contexts is advantageous.
Team Spirit: Demonstrates strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
Beneficial Skills:
IT Environment: Experience as a Product Owner in complex IT settings.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage large stakeholder groups within a bank.
Tools and Applications: Knowledge of product management and sales applications.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
