- Advise and support ABOUT YOU on individual and collective employment law matters, including related areas such as employee data protection
- Act as a point of contact for our HR department on a wide range of employment-related agreements in both German and English and handle employment law disputes
- Provide employment law support in complex national and international transactions and restructurings
- Support our department through legal research and preparation, as well as by contributing to ongoing projects and transactions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments as well as external law firms
- Work directly with and regularly exchange with the Director of Legal & Compliance
