- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for complex features covering both the panel's user-facing frontend and its internal systems and integrations
- Test the full path from UI to database and API, catching integration issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Analyze product requirements and technical specs to uncover hidden edge cases, deep business logic scenarios, and potential system bottlenecks
- Act as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering to ensure testing aligns perfectly with client expectations and internal business processes
- Lead regression and end-to-end testing across UI, API, and database layers, verifying that complex business workflows behave correctly end to endincluding data exchanged with dependent internal systems and driving defects to resolution
- Track and report on test coverage and quality metrics for stakeholders
- Train and mentor Junior QA Engineers, trainees, and working students
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements across QA processes and team collaboration
- Own the end-to-end QA process,from test strategy and execution through release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and coordination with Product, Engineering, and dependent teams
