Our Inventory Management team ensures optimal planning and management of our inventories through precise reports, in-depth analyses and reliable forecasts. They are constantly working on the further development and optimization of our planning and allocation processes.
As an Inventory Planner (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the analytical and strategic management of the department. You will maintain an overview of all relevant inventory and warehouse key figures and actively shape the further development of our system in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute your creativity and innovative strength and drive forward key topics.
Responsibilities
- Developing a KPI framework and models for planning, tracking and controlling our warehouse stocks with the aim of optimizing our multi-location system
- Forecasting, planning and monitoring warehouse development and identifying specific measures to optimize warehouse capacities and operational goods processes
- Identifying and developing new IT solutions in close collaboration with our tech teams
- Providing relevant information on inventories, goods movements and supporting decision-making through standardized and ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on controlling or logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, logistics or planning, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry, as well as experience in managing a multi-location system
- Confident in dealing with performance indicators and very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions
