As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Paid Social & App Marketing , you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Social and App Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in driving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Paid Social & App Marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) – from strategy to execution and optimization
- Definition, monitoring, and deep analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g., ROAS) to drive data-based decisions
- Advanced campaign management, including budget allocation, performance forecasting, and campaign scaling to maximize results
- Conduct in-depth analyses, A/B tests, and experiment with new approaches to continuously optimize performance
- Stay on top of industry trends and proactively identify new growth opportunities including the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with our in-house Design, Media Conception, Marketing Analytics and Tech teams to develop innovative creatives or improve marketing automation
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, sharing best practices and insights
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Above-average degree in business administration or a comparable field (e.g., media management, e-commerce) from a renowned university
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, and experience in deriving actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of Paid Social marketing and/or App Marketing, including campaign structures, audience targeting, and knowledge about Meta Advantage+ catalogue ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Smartly, or other performance marketing tools
- Fluency in English (our company language, as we are an international team)
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex topics in a structured, concise manner
- Quick comprehension, structured and proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset that challenges existing structures and continuously seeks optimization opportunities.
- Ability to document and communicate information in a structured, precise, and audience-oriented manner to ensure knowledge transfer and transparency
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or other data visualization tools
- Basic understanding of related marketing disciplines (e.g., SEA, Programmatic Advertising, CRM, Attribution Modeling)
