As a (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Paid Social and App Marketing , you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of Paid Social and App Marketing activities for ABOUT YOU.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of our Paid Social and App Marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
- Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs (e.g., Return on Ad Spend) as well as independent campaign management based on these metrics
- Conducting complex analyses and evaluating campaigns, deriving actionable recommendations
- Independent development of initiatives and conducting A/B tests for continuous performance optimization
- Initiating and realizing operational as well as strategic projects
- Development of creative frameworks and strategies in collaboration with our Design and Media Conception Teams
- Advancement of marketing automation with our Tech Teams
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Above-average degree in business administration or a comparable field (e.g., media management, e-commerce) from a renowned university
- Excellent analytical thinking, a passion for working with numbers, and the ability to deliver thoughtful solutions based on data analyses
- Quick comprehension and structured work approach
- Proactive and open-minded thinking, enjoyment in questioning existing structures
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Very good English skills
- Experience in using MS Office (especially Excel) to interpret and elaborate on results from campaign and A/B test analyses
- Initial experience in performance marketing and familiarity with Facebook Business Manager or Smartly is advantageous
