Further development of our Swiss market Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives Supporting the marketplace model by generating new, local leads Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech teams, logistics, or customer service Identification and implementation of measures to improve the customer experience Management of internal and external service providers and stakeholders Monitoring of local performance and store KPIs Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style Excellent analytical skills and business sense Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent written and spoken German and English skills Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
