Job Description
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create, review, and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR-related documents in line with legal requirements
- Help define, improve, and organize HR processes
- Advise and support employees with HR-related questions
- Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases carefully and accurately
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
- Work closely with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders to implement HR strategies and improve processes between departments
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Team player with an independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High level of motivation, commitment, and a hands-on attitude
- Confident using HR software (e.g. Personio) and Microsoft Office tools
