Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Risk & Outsourcing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Risk & Controls team. As a Senior Risk & Outsourcing Manager atSCAYLE Payments GmbH , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our enterprise risk management, controls and outsourcing strategies. Your regulatory expertise will contribute to our goal of providing outstanding financial services while maintaining the highest compliance standards.

Responsibilities

You oversee the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of risks (including the outsourcing domain) across the organisation, and provide guidance and support for effective risk management

• You collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, different business units and external partners to ensure effective communication and implementation of risk management initiatives
• You support the implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework as well as create and maintain clear documentation
• You prepare data and analyses as part of risk management and outsourcing reporting to the Management
• You continuously monitor and optimise risk processes and the performance of outsourcing partners to improve efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
• You are actively involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of standards and processes for the central outsourcing management
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify outsourcing needs and opportunities
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and outsourcing as well as FinTechs

Requirements

You have a degree in computer science, law, economics or a comparable course of study

• You have a proven experience and track record (5+ years) as a Senior Risk Manager and/or Outsourcing Manager in the FinTech or Financial Services Industry.
• You have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, in particular FinTech and IT, as well as good knowledge of practice-relevant standards such as ISO, ZAIT, MaRisk
• You have outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus), both written and spoken
