We are looking for a motivated anddynamic Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support ABOV customers in Europe and grow ABOV's market share and businessin this region.

Role Description
As an FAE, you are the bridge betweenproduct development groups and ABOV's key/strategic customers. Your primarygoal is to satisfy the customers and help them achieve their desired goals. Youare determined to grow ABOV revenue / opportunity pipeline, providing proactivetechnical support through concept, design and development phases of customerprojects. Paired with a Sales Manager, you will form a field team which servesas the advocate and voice of your customers within ADI.
In this role, you will be responsible forproviding ABOV customers with field applications support across the ABOVproduct portfolio with a strong focus on microcontrollers.
As an FAE you must be able to identifycustomer platform requirements (hardware and software) and work closelyinternally with ABOV Business Units to recommend solutions. You will impactABOV product roadmaps and contribute to new product definitions together withABOV marketing team.
You will take ownership for driving theresolution of all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfactionthrough all stages of the design in sales process.
The FAE must be able to build trust,establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as ABOVinternal Business Units. You will be given certain period of time every yearfor various training and development opportunities by visiting our headquarterin Korea.
Qualifications
- Relevant business experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly todiverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in customer-facing technical role
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needs
- Required Travel : 50% of the time, or remaining would be remotework mode
Location & Work Style
- Mustbe based in Germanywith the ability to work fully remote(home office)
- Flexiblework-from-homearrangement with occasional travel withinGermany or EU.
- Abilityto visit customer sitesfor technical support, debugging, anddesign-in activities.
