Location: Leipzig

Remote Work: Hybrid model – up to 1 day of home office per week

Team Size: Currently 3 people in Customer Success

Reporting To: VP Sales Germany

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Marketing, Finance, Customer Support

Language Requirement: Professional fluency in German (C2)

Compensation

  • Salary: Starting at €54,000 gross/year
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus model in development (targeting 5% of monthly net revenue)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow the Customer Success team
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to B2B and public sector clients
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding and support processes
  • Promote customer education, upselling, and ongoing engagement
  • Serve as a key bridge between customers, product, and tech teams

Requirements Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and a customer-first attitude
  • Experience leading or building Customer Success functions
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Self-organized and goal-oriented with a structured approach
  • Familiarity with setting and measuring KPIs in CS

Tools & Tech

  • Experience using CRM and customer engagement tools
  • Proficiency in documentation and presentation
  • HubSpot knowledge is a plus
