Your Mission

Take full ownership of marketing and transform it into a scalable, data‑driven growth engine. You will lead and develop a high-performing team across performance, brand, and product marketing, driving profitable D2C growth while strengthening brand positioning and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a KPI‑driven marketing organization across performance, brand, and product marketing
  • Own and drive D2C growth across paid channels, SEO, influencer marketing, social media, and eCommerce optimization
  • Optimize key business metrics such as CAC, CLV, conversion rates, and retention
  • Develop a clear, differentiated brand positioning and scalable creative system
  • Implement a robust data infrastructure (tracking, attribution, reporting, forecasting)
  • Support B2B growth through marketing‑driven lead generation and positioning

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in D2C / eCommerce marketing
  • Track record of delivering measurable growth (revenue, CAC, CLV)
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and commercial growth levers
  • Experience building scalable teams, structures, and processes
  • Strong analytical and KPI‑driven mindset
  • Hands‑on approach with execution focus
  • German C2
