In the history of Absen we have made many impossible things possible – that is the spirit from Absen and the Abseners.YOUR CHALLENGES:Lead the preparation and setup of LED display demos and accessories according to customer requirements.Continuously optimise the loan process to enhance efficiency and reliability.Regularly review and update the stock list to ensure accurate inventory records.Communicate and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow.Serve as the backup (B-role) for the warehouse specialist in inventory management tasks.Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of showroom equipment to ensure proper functionality.Provide on-site LED installation and support for events such as exhibitions, ensuring precise configuration and timely resolution of technical issues.YOUR PROFILE:Bachelor\’s degree or Technical Training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical Design or a related field with experience in LED system & equipment manufacturing preferredBasic knowledge of electronics/semi-conductorsAttention to numbers with excellent excel skillsHighly organised and detail-orientedSelf-motivated and an excellent team playerFluent in Chinese (written and verbal) with advanced proficiency in English and German (B1 or higher) is mandatory.Willingness to travel (e.g. on-site installation and product exhibitions)Intercultural competenceYOUR BENEFITS:A pleasant working atmosphere with an amazing teamOpen and international culture and flat hierarchyRemuneration will be commensurate with the role, the industry and the experience of the successfully appointed individualTraining opportunities and Career advancement30 days annual leaveFree parking and drinks (more new employee benefits)Motivated and committed employees are essential to the success of our company.
