ABX is a young, fast-growing chemical and pharmaceutical company based in Saxony, Germany. We are the global market leader in the production of precursors and kits for PET diagnostics, mainly used in the detection of tumours by positron emission tomography (PET). ABX currently employs over 360 people and has experienced continuous profitable growth. Since 2007, we have been part of a large Japanese pharmaceutical group. We are looking for an Employee System Integration (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Qualification

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of IT infrastructures and in the network area
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable
• Ability to grasp complex interrelationships
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• High level of solution-orientation, ability to work in a team, and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Task

• Administration, monitoring, and further development of the system landscape
• Administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux-based systems
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software
• Monitoring system performance and implementing optimization measures
• Implementing security guidelines and ensuring system security
• Analyzing errors and rectifying technical problems relating to servers and networks
• Creating and updating system documentation and reports
• Realization of IT projects
