A strong corporate culture and unwavering commitment from our teams. This is where you come in: we are looking for an Office Assistant at 40% to support the daily life of our office. In this role, you are the central point of contact for the office: you ensure that everything works - from the coffee machine to support for the Branch Manager. You are simultaneously a logistics conductor, a daily problem solver, and a guarantor of the smooth operation of the office for demanding sales teams. In short, the person without whom the office would not run as smoothly.TasksThis role combines varied responsibilities and proactive logistics management to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office:- Manage the office: supply orders, internal IT requests, monitoring consumables, workstations.- Be the contact person for external parties (cleaning, concierge, deliveries, etc.).- Prepare weekly meetings and support the Branch Manager in disseminating information.- Manage the design and logistics of internal events with energy (from weekly aperitifs to the Christmas party).- Manage expenses related to office management and ensure coordination with the Finance team.- Monitor and process calls as well as contact/info emails.This role requires varied responsibilities and proactive logistics management to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.We are looking forYou are ideally:- A student enrolled for at least another 12 months.- Endowed with a real sense of service, you also know how to say no and prioritize.- Organized, reactive, and endowed with excellent stress resistance to keep a cool head in the face of unforeseen events and emergencies.- Driven by positive energy and you contribute to a good work atmosphere.- Comfortable with the Google Office suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).- Fluent in French, with a very good level of English (C1).- Available at 40% (4 shifts per week) with presence on Thursday afternoon, plus two additional shifts of your choice between Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.- Flexible up to 50% during certain periods (end of March, for example).- Motivated to participate in the Branch's landmark events (Goal Trip, Summer, Autumn, Christmas).Our recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
