About the roleAs a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will play a cross-functional role supporting event coordination, sports diplomacy and while handling essential financial reporting. You will work in a startup-style environment directly assisting the leadership team.

Work tasks
- Coordinate international events and professional congresses
- Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies
- Create engaging visual presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
- Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary
- Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide punctual hands-on support during key events (occasionally on evenings or weekends).
We are looking forUniversity degree or HES (UNIL Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent).Fluent French and English (German is a plus).Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking).To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
