About the Role
This role involves sorting and assessing dense documentation related to energy infrastructures. You will join a dedicated team to ensure the transition to an efficient and structured digital archiving system.
We offer you
We offer an 80% assignment concentrated over four days per week, providing excellent work time organisation in premises ideally located in close proximity to the station.
Tasks
The position focuses on physical sorting, assessing the relevance of documents, and rigorous administrative data entry to prepare the archives for digitisation.
- Analyse the contents of binders and historical archives - Assess the relevance of documents according to defined retention criteria - Sort and file physical documents (contracts, correspondence, accounting records) - Systematically record sorting actions in an Excel tracking file - Index retained documents to ensure their future accessibility - Identify and prepare missing documents for the digitisation process - Collaborate daily with the project manager to validate complex cases
We are looking for
- Fluent command of French - Good understanding of German (minimum B2 level) for document analysis - Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and indexing - Ability to work independently and rigorously
