Bank Back Office Officer - Securities (M/F)
About the role
Within a specialised team, you ensure the operational management of the securities flow. You play a pivotal role by coordinating actions between advisors and counterparties to guarantee excellent service.
Tasks
Ensure rigorous management of the securities lifecycle, from order receipt to the final settlement of banking transactions.
- Manage the complete delivery and receipt of securities. - Process free-payment orders transmitted by advisors. - Ensure the charging of fees related to transfers. - Coordinate activities with various counterparties. - Support advisors in monitoring transfers and specific requests. - Monitor transaction settlement to ensure completion. - Manage suspense accounts and support the Securities and Funds Back Office activity.
We are looking for
- Initial experience in banking back office in securities - Proficiency with SWIFT messages and knowledge of Fitax and GTMatch tools - Professional English
An advantage if you have
- In-depth knowledge of reconciliation software
To succeed in this role, your personal skills should include:
- Ability to show initiative and autonomy - Demonstrate intellectual curiosity - Good interpersonal skills
