About the role Within the works team, you will ensure the technical design of HVAC and the BIM X success of varied and stimulating projects!

Tasks The role consists of ensuring the technical transition between studies and on-site execution using BIM X tools for HVAC.- Take over and adapt plans from design offices for new projects or HVAC design while respecting current standards.- Develop execution and assembly plans using BIM tools.- Perform on-site surveys to verify the technical feasibility of projects.- Participate in coordination meetings with project managers and the various trades.
We are looking for- Technical drawing of the building.- Good knowledge of Revit software.- Good knowledge of BIM processes.
A plus if you possess- In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
