IT Project Coordinator - 5 Month Assignment
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you ensure the link between business needs and the Avaloq banking system.
You manage incidents, coordinate technical developments and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
We offer you a stimulating work environment with scheduled on-call duties and the possibility of remote work up to two days per week (for Swiss residents). Tasks
Coordinate developments of the Avaloq banking system and verify their implementation.
Manage and monitor the precise schedule of tests and deployments.
Act as the interface between business users and technical teams.
Manage critical incidents.
Coordinate technical interventions that may occur on Fridays or weekends.
Participate in on-call duties according to the established schedule.
We are looking for
Proven experience in project coordination, ideally in IT.
Fluency in French and English.
An advantage if you have Knowledge of the Avaloq tool.
Good knowledge of banking systems.
Proficiency in Italian.
To succeed in this role, your personal skills include: Advanced ability to manage stress and multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and in pairs.
