About the role
On behalf of our client YUH, a Swiss mobile finance app that enables users to invest, save, and pay all in one place, we are looking for a Business Operations Analyst, starting as soon as possible or byat the latest. This is your opportunity to support day-to-day operations and play a key role in improving internal processes and service quality in a dynamic fintech environment.
Work tasks
- Coordinate incidents and ensure smooth communication between tech and business teams
- Analyze service data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements (mainly in Excel)
- Support internal projects with reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Document new processes and publish them on internal platforms
- Identify recurring issues and work with team leads on long-term improvements
We are looking for
- EU/EFTA citizen currently residing in Switzerland
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Business IT, or similar
- Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot tables) and confident using PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- You are communicative, organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable juggling different tasks
- Interest in digital banking or fintech; basic understanding of SEPA, ETFs, etc. is a plus
