Then apply!About the role Our client, a large-scale organization in Switzerland, is looking for a project manager to manage the execution of a turnkey project in Geneva.
You will join a small team of experienced project managers where you will have the opportunity to quickly gain autonomy to manage an important project for the organization.
You will be in charge of managing the relationship with contractors and suppliers as well as monitoring deliverables and the quality of the work.
Tasks- Coordinate a construction project of several buildings- Collaborate with contractors for project management and safety monitoring on construction sites- Perform follow-up with suppliers- Supervise the budget and guarantee the quality of final deliverables- Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and current standards- Coordinate internal teams and ensure regular reporting We are looking for- You have initial experience in construction project management and master project management tools (MS Project, GANTT)- You are comfortable with digital tools and ERPs- You have good knowledge of current Swiss standards in the construction sector (a real plus)- You are available quickly and would like to commit long-term- But above all, you are an organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and intellectually curious person.
