Junior Sport Project Manager 80-100% About the role As a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will play a cross-functional role supporting event coordination, sports diplomacy and while handling essential financial reporting.
You will work in a startup-style environment directly assisting the leadership team.

Work tasks This role combines operational project support, creative communication tasks, and analytical financial management within the international sports sector.
Coordinate international events and professional congresses Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies Create engaging visual presentations using Power Point or Canva Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Provide punctual hands-on support during key events (occasionally on evenings or weekends).
We are looking for University degree or HES (UNIL Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent).
Fluent French and English (German is a plus).
Proficiency in Power Point/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking).
