About the Role
As a technical sales manager, you ensure the development of fire protection solutions by sprinkler systems. You manage the client relationship, from prospecting to final negotiation, in collaboration with technical experts.
We offer you a position designed for growth. Ultimately, you will be expected to play a broader role in company management, within a small team where everyone has a real impact on projects and decisions.
Tasks
The role combines technical expertise and commercial strategy to develop sprinkler installations, while ensuring rigorous client follow-up and project profitability.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in fire protection - Develop and maintain a client portfolio (architects, engineers, project owners) - Analyse clients’ technical needs and propose solutions compliant with standards - Conduct site visits and preliminary studies for sprinkler projects - Complete tender documents and draft precise commercial offers - Negotiate contractual terms and ensure business profitability - Ensure the handover of files to project managers for execution
We are looking for
- Proven experience as a sales representative in fire protection, sanitary sector, or a related field.
- Technical or commercial training.
- Advanced ability to analyse technical needs and translate them into solutions.
- Proficiency with common IT tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office).
- Valid driving licence for regional travel.
