You will join a small, close-knit team where you will be in charge of managing documents related to projects as well as storing these documents. This is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with an interesting technical environment!Tasks- Digitize building plans and technical documents- Rigorous archiving of data binders- Collaborate on defining the electronic filing structure for digitized documents- Establish a precise index for digital filing- Integrate technical notes and invoices into the systemWe are looking for- You are currently studying architecture or construction- You possess basic knowledge of reading plans and technical documents- You master digital tools and the Office suite- You are available 2 days per week for a minimum of 2 months- But above all, you are an organized, meticulous person with team spirit.
