About the Role
Within a team of specialists, you will ensure the operation and maintenance of the telephony infrastructure for a very large number of employees. You will work closely with engineers to guarantee the availability of communication services.

Tasks
The role focuses on the daily operation of IP telephony, ranging from user support to the technical configuration of Cisco equipment.
- Handle internal requests and provide support for the daily operation of telephony - Manage level 1 incidents related to identification, deviations or accessories - Configure and set up physical and software phones for new employees - Use the Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution for call and voice management - Document interventions following established templates and procedures - Track tickets via the Easyvista tool and escalate complex issues to engineers - Prepare skill development to participate in the long-term technical on-call service
We are looking for
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as telematics technician or equivalent technical training in telecoms or electricity - Basic knowledge of Cisco collaboration infrastructure (Callmanager) - Clean criminal record - Fluency in French
