Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Draft technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams. Create training materials such as tip sheets and short recordings. Student OR Graduated of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. Good knowledge of the ITIL framework. Basic knowledge of modern workplace technologies like Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
