Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Leading all financial and operational controlling activities. Producing and analysing key performance indicators to support decision-making. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Supporting senior management in monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Supervising the accounting team and ensuring the quality of financial closings, as well as compliance with financial regulations and procedures. Managing relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders. Ensuring the effectiveness of processes, internal controls, and management reporting tools. Contributing to strategic discussions and cross-functional business projects. Profile
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a value-added controlling role (Head of Controlling, Senior Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent). Successful experience managing or overseeing an accounting team or department. Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for management.
