Order Management Specialist

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist immediately available for an initial 4-month contract starting immediately. Client Details Our client is a dynamic organization located in Geneva. Description The Order Management Specialist will be a member of the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across our sales and billing systems: Process and validate customer orders in Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, product, and pricing data Verify purchase orders (POs) against contracts and quotes, catching discrepancies before they hit billing Manage subscription billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve order discrepancies and contract issues Ensure revenue recognition practices align with GAAP standards Support month-end close by reconciling order and billing data Identify and implement process improvements to streamline order management workflows Maintain data integrity between CRM and billing platforms Profile The Order Management Specialist we are looking for should bring the following background and experience: A few years of experience in order management, billing, or revenue operations Hands-on experience with Salesforce would be a big plus Experience with a payment/billing platform Working knowledge of GAAP, particularly around revenue recognition Solid understanding of PO verification and matching against contracts/quotes Comfortable navigating ambiguity and edge cases in the order process, and knowing when to escape vs. resolve independently Strong attention to detail and comfort working across cross-functional teams Job Offer The opportunity to join a dynamic and international team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
